Simple, transparent hourly pricing. No packages, no commitments to start - use what you need, when you need it. The more hours you need, the better the rate.
Tier One
$42 / hour
1 - 10 hours/month.
Up to $420/month.
A great starting point - try it out and see how much time you get back.
Tier Two
$38 / hour
11 - 20 hours/month.
$462 - $760/month.
For operations with consistent admin needs across bookkeeping, scheduling, and records.
Tier Three
$34 / hour
21 - 40 hours/month.
$714 - $1,360/month.
Near full-time back-office coverage for your larger or growing operations.
Please note: A one-time onboarding fee of $120 applies to all new accounts (covers up to 3 hours of setup). Additional set-up time, if needed, is billed at your standard tier rate.
Additional hours over 40/month are billed at $42/hour.
Prefer a flat monthly rate? When you have a sense of how much support you need, monthly packages are available at a reduced rate. Ask about options.
